Achieve AB 32 Compliance

Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006

In 2006, the California Legislature passed AB 32, the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. AB32 set the 2020 greenhouse gas emissions reduction goal into law. AB32 directed the California Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) to begin developing early actions to reduce greenhouse gases while also preparing a scoping plan to identify how best to reach the 2020 limit. The reduction measures to meet the 2020 target were adopted as of 2011.

Greenhouse Gas Initiative

California Cap & Trade Program Resolution 11-32

WHEREAS, section 38562 of the Health and Safety Code requires ARB to adopt GHG emissions limits and emissions reduction measures by regulation to achieve the maximum technologically feasible and cost-effective reductions in GHG emissions in furtherance of achieving the statewide GHG emissions limit, to become operative beginning on January 1, 2012.

Improve Your Crop

Liquid Fertilizer, inorganic nutrients

Normally breaking down organics happens by microbials in the soil. Instead, we do the same task inside the digester. Remaining liquid nutrients can be land-applied to a growing crop. By restoring these valuable nutrients to the land, less artificial fertilizers need to be applied.
